Hi folks,
A friend is running Office 2003 and hence Outlook 2003 (fully updated) on
Windows XP SP2. He's finding Outlook to be unstable, crashing with fatal
errors. He's using a laptop, and downloading email from an ISP's POP3
server. He's also using AVG anti-virus software, and regularly scanning with
Ad-aware and Spybot.
He has tried repairing the install, and moving email to a separate PST file,
but Outlook remains unstable.
Any suggestions on what we can do to troubleshoot?
I have suggested running Memtest86 to double check the RAM is OK, but any
other ideas as what the problem might be?
Thanks
