Unsubmitted time

Hi All

We are using managed time periods for resources to submit time, how
ever the unsubmitted time sheet function on the home page does not seem
to be working properly, firstly every one can see the list of
unsubmitted timesheets, I suspect this is because of lask of RBS and
the associated permissions.

Also I cannot identify why some time sheets are being reported as
unsubmitted I have checked that the plan has been republished after
changes and that time has been accepted into the plan in many cases and
cannot arrive at the cause for this.

Any help much appreciated.

If you check with the unsubmitted timesheets, you may find that the
users have saved time to their timesheets, but not submitted it. This
means that they may have submitted for the appropriate time period,
meaning that you can see the time in the schedules as accepted but also
saved some to the another period that is as yet unsubmitted. I am not
sure, but you may need to check with individual resources, as I don't
think that there is a view for administrators that shows saved time
rather than submitted time on a per-user basis

Thanks I have incestigated but will do so again.

I am not sure this is the problem as we have unsubmitted time for the
admin plans for which there was no work assigned?

Is this part of the same problem?

We have SP1 applied
