Unsubmitted Timesheets

We use managed time periods with time sheet approvals at the resource manager
level. The home page of web access shows by week the number of ubsubmitted
timesheets for each week. Normal we we have several unsubmitted timesheets
that carry over as a alert on the home page.

Yesterday, for a reason we cannot deterime those numbers of unsubmitted
timesheets increased over all time periods.

Does anyone have any idea what has happened?
