Unsubmitted Timesheets

I have resources that have submitted their time and a project manager has
accepted hours for that particular week. I can tell this by looking at the
resource view, timesheet method, and their hours are 'black' and no changes
have been submitted since last update.

When the resource manager looks at the timesheet for the week, those same
resources show as 'unsubmitted' for the week and when they try to update they
receive a message that there is nothing to update.

Any ideas on this one?

Chris,

Looks like some issue in updating the column TS_IS_Processed in
MSP_Timesheet table. try the following :
1. for a resource who has this issue, recall the timesheet
2. Update the Timesheet again > Recalculate > Save & Submit
3. Let PM update the Hrs for that resource
4. query the DB to check for the that period , the status of TS_IS_Processed
in MSP_Timesheet
