Untitled paper type when printing

Hello,

I have a user running Word on a G4 notebook. On some
documents when they try to print, the paper type is
listed as "untitled" and will not print. They have to
manually change it to US Letter and then it prints fine.
The default system preference is set to US Letter for the
printer and this does not happen on all documents. This
isn't a critical issue moreso than an annoyance to the
user.

Computer is running OS X. Any thoughts would be
appreciated.

Hi Charles,

Open the Page Setup dialog in Word. Change the paper type there and then
change the Page Setup tab to Microsoft Word. Click Default and close out of
Page Setup. Does that help?
