FP2002 reports 1 unused theme. When I try to delete it (by clicking the
"Unused themes" hyperlink), the '1' flashes to a '0', then immediately back to
'1'. Any idea what is going on?

Someplace in your html pages you may have a page still using that theme
Try Search (all page in html) for the theme name

Also set Tools Web/Site Settings Advanced - show hidden folders
then in your _themes folder try deleting the themename folder

Nothing found.

Is it OK to just delete the folder from Windows Explorer?
