Unusual characters while using Project Guide

One of our PMs reported that whenever she clicked the "Specify the Booking Types for Resources" option in Resources option of the Project Guide, unusual characters appear in the view. I'm not an expert in Oriental language symbols, but I'm sure they are not latin characters.

I opened the file and I recieved the same results. It appears that this is only present in this one file. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
