just spent the last hour looking at this and FINALLY found
the way to fix it - go to the Format menu and choose
Columns - change the number from 3 to 1 and Voila - your
pages should show! (I say 3 because I that is the number
that is showing in mine - and it I can now see the 3rd
page) Let me know if this worked!
