I have already posted theproblem below, got a suggestion from Dianne, tried
it and thought it had fixed it ok. However the same problem is back and even
if I disable "Schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes" for both
on & off line.
I'm running Outlook 2002 with SP3 on XL Home.
My system is configured to connect to the Internet ONLY manually
When I open Outlook, it brings up the "Connect to the Internet" dialog box.
As I use Outlook for much more than just e-mail, I do not want this to happen.
How do I stop it.
Any further suggestions would be most welcome.
