Unwanted contact in my 'Insert Business Card' icon dropdown list

Hello,
Weeks ago I decided to see if I could create Business Cards in my Microsoft
Outlook 2007, and I could...it was pretting easy. All I did was select the
'Insert Business Card' icon and select a contact from my contact list.

I then tried to get rid of the contact that was now showing in the 'Insert
Business Card' dropdown and unfortunately, because I really didn't know what
I was doing, I deleted the contact from my address book. I couldn't
understand why it would still showing in the dropdown of the 'Insert Business
Card' icon, so when trying to get rid of it, I renamed and saved it, did
something else I can't remember, and then finally deleted it from the
Outlooks main Contact page.

I now realise how to safely remove the contacts from the 'Insert Business
Card' dropdown, which involves deleting it directly from the main Contact
page and then from the Deleted Items folder, but unfortunately I don't know
how to remove the contact I first played around with from it. Everytime I
click on that contact, it automatically attaches a vcf file and also places
the business card image in the body of my email.

How do I get rid of the contact I don't want made available to select within
the 'Insert Business Card' icon dropdown?

Also, please note that I did not install Outlooks Business Contact Manager
on my system.

Regards,
Elizabeth.
