Unwanted email responses to meeting requests

I have several users receiving responses for meeting requests that are no
concern to the users. Meaning they are not invitees. I have checked into
delegation and the seperate permissions to this calender with no luck. Is
there another spot in outlook that would cause this to happen? We are using
Office 2003 with Exchange 5.5
