unwanted emails in inbox. Ie. spam

I am constantly getting emails for a larger... or for a Rolex or drugs or
something. I have so many blocked senders it is ridiculous. How do I go about
stopping the garbage from coming to my outlook Express Inbox. I have
Microsoft Xp on my computer. Thanks.
