Unwanted link

JAMES SYLVESTERSR

I have a workbook that is not, and never has been, linked to another
workbook. When I open it, it asks if I want to update with a linked
workbook. I have went to Edit, Links and I can see what it is linked to.
How do I break this link. I don't know how it got there in the first place.
