unwanted mouse movements in combp box

I have a form for entering data. In the form are several
combo boxes. For example there is a combo box that has
all the states we ship to. When a person uses the drop
down feature of the combo box and tries to use the wheel
on the mouse it moves from one record instead of up or
down on the list from the combo box.

If code is required to fix this problem please let me know
exactly where to put it or how to enter it.
