I'm not able to remove unwanted page breaks in Word
documents (Mac Office 2004.
Several possibilities:
Click ¶ on the standard toolbar, which will show you extra paragraphs (gray
¶) that create unwanted pages.
If they are actual manual page breaks, switch into Normal view, where they
show up clearly and you can select and delete them.
If there are lots, use Find and Replace (click on More, Special, and replace
with nothing).
Make sure the style you are using does not have "page break before" as part
of its definition.
