Unwanted pop-up boxes from Help

In Word 2007, I keep getting pop-up boxes that warn me that the program
doesn't like the formating of my document (margin settings, etc.). They come
up again and again.

These formatting issues should have no effect on the work I'm doing, so I
want to stop these boxes from appearing. However, I find no setting to make
these stop, and the program's documentation doesn't help.

How can I make these warnings stop?
