Unwanted Spaces in Outlook Signature

An employee has Windows XP and Office XP installed on her
computer. For some reason she is getting extra spaces in
between lines in her signature. I have tried everything to
remove these but they are still there. Any suggestions?

Try using "Shift Return" instead of Return when you want to start the next
line as you create the signature.
