unwanted spam folder

Good morning,

I tried to post this question yesterday, but I'm not seeing it anywhere so
I'll try again. Recently, Outlook started creating a spam folder (not Junk
e-mail folder) in the sub directory of the delete folder, and moving all my
incoming emails to that folder. I've tried changing the settings on Junk
email, safe sender/domain, the antispam settings on Microsoft Bit Defender
Internet security software, and deleting the spam folder. Once I do this,
the emails will route to my inbox, but when I restart the computer a spam
folder is created and the problem persists. Any ideas ?

Thats because you posted to the outlook.installation group, not this group
