Unwanted Toolbar launch at startup

How can I turn off an unwanted toolbar at startup? It's a little two-icon
thing called Attach as Adobe PDF. I can right click it away, but it's there
with every launch, even in new Outlook messages. I have Word 2003 and Office
XP.

If this toolbar/icon is appended to the actual Office components, then you
probably need to what you did to install it, then uninstall it. Perhaps
theres mention of it in Add/Remove dialogue?
