Unwanted values selected in exported Pivot Table from Data Analysi

I have exported a XLS pivot table from PWA, Data Analysis. I have
this query setup the way I want, showing a few projects of mine as the
row labels. We have a large community of Project Managers and 1 or 2
new projects per week may be created. The issue after the OLAP cube
is built (once a week) the newly created projects appear in the drop
down list for the row label, and they are selected by default.

I would like to save my query rerun it weekly and not have to manual
deselect the new projects every time in Excel I want to run my
report. Does anybody know of a way to prevent the new items in the
drop down from being selected by default?
