Unwanted Zoom in Office 2003

I am running Microsoft Office 2003 with Windows XP on a Dell Latitude D610.
Whenever I use the laptop to wirelessly access the projector in our meeting
room, files in Office will automatically zoom to the highest magnification as
soon as they are opened if I toggle between video modes after connecting to
the projector. The only way to get around this is to log onto my laptop
while in wireless range to the overhead and to avoid changing video modes.
The video modes on the D610 can be changed by pressing Fn+F8. This toggles
through modes such as projector only, laptop only, and projector and laptop.

I have uninstalled office, reinstalled office, and ran all Windows and
Office updates. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Go into control panel, mouse, touchpad. Uncheck tapping for both the
touchpad
and thumbstick. Restart your PC and it should be okay then.

I had a similar problem that I traced to my Microsoft Wireless Keyboard.

Start->Microsoft Keyboard
Click the Tab named "Zooming"
Disable the "Enable Zooming" Radio Button
Save your changes.
