Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
I can't remember if I've installed the 12.0.1 update for Office 2008, and when I try to run the update's installer package, I get the same error--update cannot continue because Microsoft Office hasn't been found on this volume--that others are reporting (see <http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Office/1740/0)>. But maybe my problem is caused by the fact that the update is, in fact, already installed?
How do I verify that the update is installed? (It doesn't show up in the "installed updates" section of Auto Update.) Is there a version or a build number that I can confirm with (perhaps from folks who've successfully installed the update)?
