Update ActiveX Control engine loaded okay, don't understand step 2

I'm downloading update of ActiveX Control engine on a new laptop (windows
XP). Step one seemed to go fine, but now step 2: in the Internet Explorer
Security Warning dialog, click install button...where is that? I'm half way
done and don't know what to do. Help!
