hello, probably my question will be strange for intensive user of project
server 2007..sorry but i'm still kinda new of it.
I have some problem in managing actual work insert from my team member.
They submit their timesheets to me weekly.
they import actual work to my task page and then submit also this page.
Then I accept their actual work on the project but sometimes something
strange happens: some of their actual work is different from what is written
oh timesheet and on details on my task page.
I'll give you an example:
my team member inserts on a task of a project in TIMESHEET
tuesday 6h
wednesday 4h
then he imports and sumbits on MY TASK page
when i view the impact on the project then I saw (on the line of ACTUAL WORK):
monday 1,38h
tuesday 5,62h
wednesday 0h
why does project do this? is it linked to the type of the task?
someboby can help me?
