Update All on web access timesheet dosn't work for some users

Hi,

We are running project server 2003 with sp1 and have started to encounter a
problem where some users cannot submitt their time. We have three users who
when they press the 'Update All' button get the usual message about the
updates being submitted - however they aren't no email and no updates to the
project time.

The other users are all working as expected, I've tried getting the managers
to re-publish the tasks, no different, I've tried getting the users to use a
different desktop, no different.

Any help greatly appreciated!
