Hi everyone,

as I am new to ProjectServer 2007 I need your help for resolving one issue
with timehseets.

Is it possible to update already approved timesheet in Project Server 2007?
We have submitted timesheets since the beginning of 2010, they were approved
and now we found problem with them and they have to be edited. Is this
feasible via the interface of PS 2007 or is there any trick to update all
timesheet statuses so that we can change their status back?

Thanks in advance,

Maria

Hi Maria,

what do you need to change?

Depending on your security settings, the timesheet manager himself should be
allowed to do that (if you haven't done to many modifications to default
security). Go to Approvals - Timesheet. Select 'Available timesheets to
adjust' and Click on 'Apply'. You can open timesheet be clicking on the
name.
Another way is to ask resource to recall their timesheets.

Let us know if you need more or different information.

For Option 2 that Barbara suggsted, the Timesheet Manager has to recall the
timesheet h approved and reject it for the resource to be able to make
modifications to it.

Hi Prasanna,

not any longer ;-). I can remember that it was the case in the past, but it
is not necessary any longer (SP2 + CU Dec). A team member can recall also
approved timesheets now.

Best regards
Barbara
