Update Automatically

In the Updates section of PWA, Project Managers must manually accept updates,
or set up rules then manually click Run Rules. From what I've read thus far,
this is the only way that Actual Work can be updated. Does anyone know of a
work-around or setting to have Actual Work get posted automatically without
PM intervention?

Currently my company connects to the sql database with MS Access, which
allows us to have a much more flexible and custom timesheet than PWA offers.
That being said, could something be coded into Access which would basically
run the "Accepting Updates" button in PWA?

You could create a MS Project Macro to open and publish each of the projects
automatically each night.

Using Access for timesheet entry sounds interesting.
