Update control from another control

I'm trying to accomplish a task, and I'm not sure how to go about it:

I designed a property management database. I have a table called tblStores
which has all store information (for over 100 stores), including Region,
Regional Director and District Manager (which are all combo boxes).

What I'm trying to do is this: the user will choose the region and the
regional director would show in the next box and the District manager combo
box should show only those DM's in that region (each region has 2).

I hope someone understands my explanation and can provide an answer for me.
