Update difficulties forOffice Professional 2003 SP1

0A4I have two machines both with install problems. i read that the Ohotfix log file might give a clue to why i cna not get an install to work. What do i look for or who cna I send it to to interpret. Also ona laptop i have the SKU0A4.CAB issue. I downloaded the Listool.exe file to a temp directory and tried to open it and it wgave me an error message. Should it be inanother Location?

Also this is a bit ridiculous after the hoopla of such a great update to have all of these issues. Enough said just help please. Thanks

Tom, the SKU0A4.CAB file is on the FrontPage 2003 CD. Have you tried
inserting that CD when prompted?

Sloan, one problem I do not have Frontpage. I may have an old trial version --would that work?

Look in Windows Add/Remove Programs. It's possible that you have an unused
and unnecessary Office 2003 product installed (such as a trial product as
you mention). If so, uninstalling the unnecessary product should solve your
problem. I'm seeing this quite a bit with folks who have recently purchased
a new computer.
