Update & Distrubute Normal.dot

Some changes have been made to the Normal.dot. Now I would
like to distribute it across the network. Several futile
attempts have been made. Office 2003 on Windows 2000 with
a Novell network. Have attempted to do this using
Maintwiz. No such luck.

Any ideas?
