Update download not working for Office Pro Edition 2003

I am attempting to download two updates recommended for
Office Pro 2003, but it is not successful. Recently, I
downloaded the SP2 package to update my computer and note
that it does not recognize my Norton antivirus package,
tho the package is working. Norton has mentioned that it
is a problem and they are writing something to overcome
this. The two downloads recommended are Office 2003 SP1
and Junk email filter for Outlook 2003. Any ideas?
