Update errors

Appempts to download Office XP Standard version 2002 update for: Word 2002 Security Patch: KB830346
Excel 2002 Security Patch: KB830350 & Office XP WordPerfect 5.x Converter Security Patch: KB824938 (English version), results in a request for my CD. Once installed the system advises it cannot finish the update. I have completed all prior updates but my system will not let me do these. Any suggestions

Also, where can the product ID be found on my system that was enetered when the product was installed and and registered? Any guidance is appreciated. Thank
