update fails to install

Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB896999)

Installation failure on 4 attempts, download is OK

I have exactly the same issue with this update regardless of how I try
and deploy it.

This update seems dodgy to me.

I'm having the same problem: I've tried at least 6 times to install this
update , but it fails every time. Has anyone had a response from Microsoft
about this?
