Update fails to recoginize installed Office 2003 SP2

Microsoft Update failes to recoginize installed Office 2003 SP2.
Office 2003 SP2 will not install, but I have installed the client of this
SP2 before. Full version will not install.
How do I resolve this problem. Thanks. /Howard
