update failure

high,
trying the update of my office 2003 via the official ms-upate site I get the
message box
'Installation failled'
The download seemed to be successfull

all atempts to retry all ore one of the updates failed
- KB 905756
- KB 913807
- KB 916521
no further message.
What to do?
Can I get ride of the downloaded files and try again?
