Update Fields

I want to update Text1 with data from Percent Complete
everytime it changes, what would be the easiest way to
accomplish this without slowing performance.

If you are in P2000+, put a formula in the text1 field.

I want to take %work complete and move it into Physical %
Complete, this would happen only when % work complete
changed.
