Update for Office 2003 pro SP2

I am unable to download the SP2 update after several attempts I am at a loss
to know how to cure this problem. I continue to get a reminder to update but
it continually fails to complete the download at about 90% Any ideas please?
Please keep it as simple as possible I am no comp expert. Thanks.
