Update for Outlook 2003: Junk E-mail Filter (KB870765) won't inst.

I am unable to intall this update, which has downloaded correctly. Can anyone
offer any advice?? Many Thanx

Thanx Chris, but I'm currently running XP SP2. I downloaded the install
cleaner, but couldn't see what I should delete.

Do u have any other suggestions??
