Update Global

Hi,

This question is regarding Global in MS Project server 2007.

We have made a change in the Global enterprise (enterprise view name change)
but we can't see it in users' Project until we delete the file
"global[1].mpc" from thier local cache.

Does anyone have a solution for that?

Usually any change in the Enterprise Global just requires each user of
project professional to close it then re-open. Does this work for you?

I'm having the exact same problem. A user has updated a lookup table. Some
people can see the changes and others can't. They have all closed and
reopened MSP. Many users are having this problem so it isn't practical to ask
them to delete the cache from the file system (they also aren't very
technically savvy).

Does anyone have another workaround? Thanks!

By the way - running the infrastructure update on server and client.
