Update Groove 3.1.a.2374 to 3.1.a.2390

Starting Groove 3.1.a.2374 (we used in 2006 without any problems) it
prompt me now to update to version 3.1.a.2390. I'm wondering why,
specially due that there is now Microsoft Groove 2007 out?! So...

a.) what's the reason and where can I find a detailed changelog from
Built 2374 to 2390?
b.) In our enterprise, under "options->preferences" the users have set
"Updates managed by administrator" which the user can not change (the
option is grayed out). From where comes these option? Or, where can I
change these option? I don't find any policy on the Groove Management
Server for these.
