Update instead of Insert

I have a form that is connected to an Access database. When I create a
new form, a row is inserted into the database and the form is saved to
a SharePoint library.

When I open the existing SharePoint form and make changes, the form and
the database are updated. What if I want to make changes and INSERT a
new row? If I change the keys on the form and submit, the database row
is updated with the new key values. If the keys are changed, I would
like to insert a new row instead of update. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Chip
