Hi. I have some presentations (.ppt) stored in a Document Management
system and have a link to them on a web page through a web server.
When the user clicks the link the template opens but when you make
changes and go to hit the save button it says "Update" instead of
"Save" and your work doesn't get saved. Even it you go to File-SaveAs
and save it somewhere on your computer, the button still stays as
"Update" and doesn't save any of your work. Also, something I noticed
was that the name of the file doesn't appear in the title bar of
PowerPoint. Anyone have any idea? I'm thinking its a setting somewhere
on the webserver but not sure. I have Word templates in the same spot
and they work fine.
Thanks,
Cathy
