update isn't finding folder

Hello, when i try to install Update 10.1.2 for Office v.X, the installer says it
will look for Folder "Office" on hard drive C, however, initial installation put
folder "Microsoft Office v.X" in folder "applications" on hard drive c. The
installer is failing because it can't find the "office" folder. What do I do to fix
this?
