Update (KB873352)

After several weeks of attempts, I'm still having a problem installing
Security Update for Office XP (KB873352). I am logged in as administrator.
Initializing occurs, but installing does not. Can anyone advise me on how to
correct this? Thanks...

Please inform us what the error message is.
Are you able to install other office updates ?
Do you find any info from the MSI logs which are in the temp directory?
what OS?
