Update keeps downloading Visio 2002 sp2

Hi,

Previously I had Visio 2002 (enterprise architects) installed, but
uninstalled it and installed Visio 2003 Enterprise Architects instead.
Now for some unknown reason office update keeps telling that I need to
install Visio 2002 SP2!

When I download it (47MB!) and try to install it, it will ask for the
install CD from 2002, but I do not have that one anymore, I have the 2003
version.
Now the automatic windows update keeps downloading the sp2 over and over
again, but it will fail every time :(

Anybody knows any solution for this?
