Update lost

Hi, I am using PS2007+PWA.

Our team member found some their updates are lost. I checked as following
steps:
1- from team member's "PWA_My tasks list", I opened the task and checked
"Transaction history", I saw the log, task was updated to 100%;
2- from project manager's desktop, I opened this project using MS-Project
professional, this task's progress shows 0%. by clicking "Update Project
progress" from Collaborate menu, it shows "no update"
3- from Project manager's PWA, I checked "Approval" tab, it shows no updates
pending for approval
4- from "PWA_Approval_Applied Task Update Requests and Errors ", I can't
find the log of this update.
5- Close and re-open this project, update and and re-publish it, 0% is still
stucking on...
Where does this update go? Is there another method for tracking this update
history? How can I retrieve these updates?

Hi, there, let me provide you the more test information of my "updates lost"
issue:
0-Condition: the target project file has been opend under its owner's(PM)
account in the Ms-Project Professional, the test tasks progress are 0%
completion;
1- From team member's "PWA_My Tasks" list, I updated test tasks 100%done and
press "submit all", we can see the tasks progress changed to 100% completion
from his PWA_My tasks" list;
2- From PM's opened project file, click "Collaborate_Update Project
Progress", it shows no update, (she has set "auto_approval" rules applied to
all updates, projects and resources), and above updated task's progress are
still shown 0%;
(We checked her approval list, it is nothing pending for approval).
3- Then she published project, these tasks are pushed back to team member's
tasks list with 0% completion. But in this case, when open "task details"
from team member's PWA or open "PWA_APPROVAL_GOTO_Applied requests and
errors" from project owner's PWA, we can see the trasaction logs of updates
submitted before (100%completion) from both sides which are accepted by the
"approval engine".
Question ---- It is obvious that the updates have been submitted and
accepted by Project server, why it haven't been applied to Project file?
4- Then I did those updates from team member's PWA again, it works this time
and changes are applied to the file by clicking "Collaborate_Update Project
Progress".
---- It looks unpredictable, sometimes it works but sometimes not, weired!!!
This problem is happend from several different team members, can someone
tell me what's wrong with it or threads for solving this issue?
