update MS Outlook 97 to 98 or higher

3Pleae HELP. I need to upgrade my MS Outlook 97 to 98 or higher so it will
sync with my new cell phone. (Sony/Eric T637) The software that came with it
only syncs to Outlook 98 or higher... Now I find out!!! Can anyone help me?
