Update MS06-015

[PAK]

It seems that many of us have encountered the same problem after MS Automatic
Update MS06-015". We challenge you [Microsoft] to fix the problem. For those
of us who have no clue, roll back our systems to the previous version. We
were very happy then. We should not have to ‘Restore’ for your oversight.
After you do this, adjust your updates to take into consideration the effect
that that your Automatic Updates will have on our systems.

It's an admirable sentiment, but totally lost here -- Microsoft
