update my BCM from my ERP

I Have a Busines contact manager im my office and i share this with 6 peoples.
I create 9 new fields on my BCM and i need to update them from my ERP database
How can i do this,
one of the fiels is ERPID that i change manualy - where ERPID is the id on
my ERP
basicly this fields is the values off invoice and proposal that is managed
in ERP and is changes daily in some BCM contacts

I expect you'll have to write some code to get the latest erpid from
your erp system and then update that field in the BCM database.

this fiels i alrready have, i will use one fiel of the bcm to input the ERPID
but my ERP is on other SQL instance
i already can make the update true diferente databases on same sql instance
but i need on diferent instances e in the next year probably in will need to
update from diferent computers local and remote
