Update Now button greyed out in Server Config in PWA

For some reason, the Update Now button is greyed out when I put in an AD
group and want to synchronize right away. I do know that my Active Directory
group is synching correctly when I put down every day but I do not have a
choice to Update Now?

This is in both Server Config and also in Groups in PWA.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to access those PWA features on Project Server or from other
system?

In general, the functionality works only when using PWA from Project Server.

Yes, I'm accessing from PWA on Project Server with the administrator account
and I just can't click that button!

The Update Now button functions only if you log on locally to the server
running Project Server and when your Windows user account has permission to
read from Active Directory. Hope this helps.
